Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Sudoku: Samurai & Killer mobile application ("the App") operated by ttwinazz ("us", "we", or "our").
By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the App.
1. Intellectual Property
The App and its original content (excluding user-provided data), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of ttwinazz and its licensors. The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
2. In-App Purchases and Billing

The App offers in-app purchases (e.g., "Remove Ads", "Coffee Donation", "Hint Tokens").

All purchases are processed through the Google Play Store and are subject to Google Play's terms and conditions.

Once a purchase is completed, it is generally non-refundable, except as required by law or Google Play policy.
•
Use the "Restore Purchases" feature in the App settings if you reinstall the App on a new device to restore permanent items like Ad Removal.
3. Third-Party Services
Our App integrates third-party services that have their own Terms and Conditions:

Google Play Games Services: For global leaderboards, achievements, and cloud saves.
•
Google AdMob: For displaying rewarded and interstitial advertisements.
•
Firebase: For real-time leaderboards, analytics, and crash reporting.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to:

Use any automated system (bots, scrapers) to access the App or manipulate leaderboard scores.

Attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or hack the App.
•
Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the App's operation or the information, content, or materials included. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall ttwinazz be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data (including game progress), or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the App.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically for changes.
